Overview
House wrap is a liquid barrier on the building envelope that, being breathable, still lets water vapour out of the structure. It keeps rain and moisture from entering, protecting framing from rot and mould, and acts as an air barrier that reduces leakage and heat transfer.
Felix builds it from polyethylene, polypropylene or composite fibres using meltblown and spunbond technology, balancing breathability and barrier. It resists wind-driven rain and external air pressure. Sizes, colours and specifications can be adapted to the project; composites can be developed UV-stable and flame-retardant to specific customer needs.
